About the Role:
As a Software Engineer, you’ll join our core development team and work closely with senior engineers on product development, system optimization, and data-related projects.
We’re looking for someone who’s eager to learn, has solid logical thinking and programming fundamentals, and is ready to grow by supporting legacy systems while contributing to new product initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise applications using SQL Server and related technologies
- Participate in BI dashboard development to deliver real-time business insights
- Support data platforms including SQL Server, MySQL, and MongoDB
- Contribute to both legacy system maintenance and new project implementation
- Use AI-powered coding tools (such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, etc.) to accelerate learning and development
- Collaborate with senior engineers, seek mentorship, and continuously improve your skills
Who You Are:
- 1–2 years of software development experience or internship (experience with SQL Server, Microsoft tech stack, or full-stack frameworks preferred)
- Strong learning ability and curiosity to explore new technologies
- Familiarity with databases such as SQL Server or MongoDB, and experience with reporting or dashboard development
- Proficient in at least one programming language: C#, Python, or Node.js
- Interest or experience in AI-assisted development (AI coding tools)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- A problem-solver with a growth mindset
