Position Summary:
The HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes across MDLand’s North American and global teams. This role provides administrative and operational support in recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and HR systems management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about building an engaging and efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
